  4. You support the work. We pay a native Moroccan speaker and spend time editing/attaching each audio file. Your subscription funds this.

❯ How do I access the audio and other paid content after subscribing?

Our A-Z index uses headphone icons to indicate entries with audio. Open any entry with audio and click on the orange speaker icon to hear the word spoken by a native speaker. 

Note: The orange speaker icon will only be shown to logged in subscribers.

Community Forum discussions are available from the main menu once you’re logged in as an All Access subscriber.

❯ Do I need to be online?

Yes. You must be online and logged in to play audio, or participate in the Community Forum.

❯ Can I download the audio files?

No. Audio is streaming only and not downloadable.

❯ Is this a one-time or recurring payment?

The TAJINE QUI PARLE All Access subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly (for monthly subscriptions) or annually (for yearly subscriptions) — until you cancel your subscription.

If you only want to access audio and community features for one month/one year then just cancel your subscription (go to “Account” in the menu) to stop your subscription from renewing.  You’ll retain access to audio for the remainder of your subscription term (for the rest of the month/year).

❯ How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to “Account” in the menu and click on “Change” next to your subscription.  Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Cancel Subscription”.

If you cancel, you’ll still retain access to audio and community features for the remainder of your subscription term (for the rest of the month/year).  After that, your access will end unless you re-subscribe.

❯ Is there a free trial?

Yes! You can try TAJINE QUI PARLE All Access free for 7 days before your first payment.

When you sign up for the Free 7-day Trial, you’ll be asked to enter your credit-card details. Your card will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the end of the trial, you won’t be charged.

During the trial, you have full access to all audio, learning materials, and community features.

If you don’t cancel, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard subscription price shown on our site once the trial ends.

❯ Will more audio be added during my subscription?

Yes. New recordings are edited and added regularly, and you’ll have access to all audio added during your active subscription period.

❯ What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (all major credit/debit cards). 

Payments are processed in EUR (€). Your bank/payment provider may charge currency conversion or other fees.

❯ Are taxes included in the subscription price?

Yes. All prices shown on our site already include any applicable taxes. The amount you see is the final price you pay.

❯ What’s your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after subscribing (once access to digital content has begun).

If you cannot access paid audio or community features for a significant portion of your term due to a verified issue on our site (not due to your device/connection/settings), contact us. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or time credit.

Subjective dissatisfaction with audio quality, or community content is not a ground for refund. You can evaluate the quality and functionality of these features during the Free 7-day Trial before your paid subscription begins.

By subscribing to a TAJINE QUI PARLE All Access plan (including during the Free 7-day Trial), you request immediate access to all audio content and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content under EU consumer law once delivery begins. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
