- Payments (via Stripe): Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe collects payment information and may collect your billing address and tax details when required; related invoice data is visible to us in Stripe for accounting and tax compliance.
- Basic Usage Data: Minimal operational data is needed to run member features (e.g. membership status, successful sign-in events, and access to member content). We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
- Comments: Your display name, comment content, and timestamp. Comments are public on the page where posted.

- To provide and administer free memberships and paid subscriptions, and deliver member-only content
- To process payments, issue receipts/invoices, and handle subscription changes and support
- To send the newsletter if you opt in (you can opt out at any time)

5. Payments & Billing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Stripe may collect your billing address and other information needed for billing and tax purposes. You can view invoices and manage payment details via the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from your account area).
6. Member Accounts
When you create a member account, you can edit your name, email, and subscription settings in the account area. You may also control certain comment-related email notifications there.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use only essential cookies required for basic site functionality (e.g. maintaining your logged-in session for member content). These essential cookies do not require prior consent under the GDPR.
We use Ghost’s first-party, cookie-free analytics for aggregated traffic stats; we don’t use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will implement a compliant cookie banner and update this Policy.
8. Comments
Comments are limited to logged-in members. When you post a comment, we process your display name and comment content and show it publicly on the page.
You can edit or delete your own comments; we may moderate or hide comments that breach our guidelines. We do not use third-party commenting platforms.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this site and only to the extent necessary:
- Stripe – payment processing and invoicing
